Prerequisites

Recognition of foreign professions is possible if the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of the completed foreign training correspond to the requirements of the knowledge and skills that are set in the ordinance on the examination for the recognized qualification of Certified Legal Specialist for Certified Legal Specialists.

Documents required

Informal application, identification document, school leaving certificate, proof of completion of training and all training certificates

Please note that all documents must be submitted in German. Foreign documents / certificates must be submitted in the original as well as a translation in certified form. Further documents and / or information can be requested.
