Detailed description

The On-Call and First Response Information System (RESY) is a system used in Germany by organizations with security responsibilities, particularly fire departments, civil protection agencies, and other relief organizations. It supports coordination and information in emergencies, especially in the context of operations where specialist expertise and special emergency personnel are required quickly.



You can conclude a license agreement for RESY, which also includes subscription.

Prerequisites

  • They are a recognized organization with security tasks, such as fire brigades, civil protection, aid organizations, industry with emergency response teams.
  • You demonstrably use RESY only for emergency and operations management.
  • You have the necessary technical equipment to use RESY, such as compatible hardware and internet access.
  • You agree to participate in training or continuing education courses for the use of REDY.
  • You accept the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the data protection and security regulations.
  • You have the necessary financing options for the subscription.

Procedure

  • You apply for a license agreement from the responsible authority. To do so, fill out the application form. If you only want a one-time license, note this on the order form. If you need multiple or network licenses, inform the responsible authority.
  • You submit the application form with the required documents to the responsible authority.
  • The responsible authority will review your application and documents. If necessary, they will request additional documents or information from you.
  • The responsible authority will decide on your application. They will draw up the license agreement, specifying the terms and conditions of the subscription, such as costs, duration, and license scope.
  • You will receive two copies of the license agreement. Return one signed copy to the responsible office. The other copy is for your records.
  • You are obliged to comply with the terms of the contract.
  • You will receive the access and licenses.
  • If necessary, you will receive technical implementation or training.
  • You will receive training and support.
  • The subscription is managed regularly.
  • You pay the fees.
  • You will receive regular updates, additions or adjustments.

Processing time



Processing usually takes between 4 and 10 weeks.

There is a cost of EUR 40 per year for each license.
