Apply for permission to hold a security-related major event

Prerequisites

• More than 10,000 event participants are expected.
• There is an increased risk to life and limb due to:
  • the type of event
  • the size of the event
  • the location and nature of the venue
  • possible conflicts among the event participants or with third parties.

Documents required

• Application
• Security concept
• Trade register extract about the organizer (not older than 6 months)
• Police clearance certificate for all persons responsible for the event (not older than 6 months)
• Information that the rules and regulations from other important specialist areas are being followed.
• Development of an analysis and investigation program to determine water quality at events involving people in the water.
• Consent of the landowner is required if private property is entered.
• Consent of the water rights holder when using an approved water use
• Proof of event organizer insurance
• Site plan based on the property map
• List of assets
