You can obtain a certificate of the use of the name from the registry office that is responsible for accepting the declaration, consent and/or consent to the use of the name.
This includes, for example, declarations to determine a married name, the re-adoption of an earlier name after the dissolution of the marriage, the adjustment of the name after naturalization, after changing the order of the first names and after submitting a name declaration to determine the surname of the child.

You will only receive a certificate of the name from the responsible registry office if the name change has taken effect.
