If a child was born in your facility, you must report this to the responsible registry office. The responsibility depends on the place where the child was born.
The registry office must be notified of the birth within one week. In the case of a stillborn child, the birth must be reported no later than the third working day following the birth.
The birth can be announced in writing or electronically.
