Important notes
Prerequisites
- No more than 250 m² of paved area is connected to the drainage system.
- The seepage within water protection areas takes place near the surface via seepage troughs or similar.
- The seepage takes place outside of contaminated sites and areas suspected of being contaminated.
- The requirements for harmless seepage from the ordinance are complied with.

- as well as outside of contaminated sites and suspected contaminated sites, and
