Infiltration of rainwater - permit-free

Prerequisites

• No more than 250 m² of paved area is connected to the drainage system.
• The seepage within water protection areas takes place near the surface via seepage troughs or similar.
• The seepage takes place outside of contaminated sites and areas suspected of being contaminated.
• The requirements for harmless seepage from the ordinance are complied with.

• provided that no more than 250 square meters of paved area is connected to the drainage system
• infiltration outside of Zones I and II of water protection areas
• as well as outside of contaminated sites and suspected contaminated sites, and
• the requirements for harmless infiltration from the ordinance are complied with.
