Refugees and educators with a history of migration are full of potential. However, the path to the labour market is often fraught with many hurdles that result from their personal circumstances. Therefore, customers we work with have specific needs in terms of advice and mediation. The Jobcenter team at the HWC counters these with intensive customer-oriented advice.
About Us
Jobcenter team.arbeit.hamburg has its own specialised team working in the HWC, which looks after recipients of benefits according to the German Social Security Code (SGB II) when it comes to questions regarding the labour market. The job center team is also involved in customer management in the HWC.
Our Services
- Advice relating to SGB II services on work, qualification and, if applicable, training
- Planning and implementation of funding, provided the necessary funding requirements are met
- Placement in employment that is subject to social insurance
- Customer guidance offered at reception
