Zukunft Personal Nord — the name translates to “Future HR” — has established itself since its launch in 2011 as the leading trade fair for human resources in Northern Germany. Held annually at Hamburg’s CCH – Congress Center, it brings together senior decision-makers, HR professionals, managing directors and business leaders to engage with strategic questions around human resource management, organisational development and the future of work. Organised by Spring Messe Management GmbH under the wider Zukunft Personal brand, the event forms part of a national exhibition network that also includes fairs in Stuttgart and Cologne, the latter widely regarded as Europe’s largest HR trade fair.
