Around 1,300 national and international exhibitors will present innovative products from the catering and hotel industries. Bakers, confectioners, chefs, hotel staff and people from related fields will have plenty to explore at the Messehallen convention centre. The trade fair is structured into topics such as kitchen appliances and equipment, interior design, as well as F&B.
The INTERNORGA is certified as Germany’s only international trade fair in the field. Several different congresses round off the five-day event with exciting presentations from the hospitality industry. In years past, the congresses has dealt with such topics as the future potential of gastronomy, ever-changing eating habits, school catering and creative culinary impulses.
Award-Winning Innovations
Thinking and acting progressively and economically in the hospitality industry could pay off: the INTERNORGA Zukunftspreis award is handed out to companies that bring forward sustainable innovations in the field. The award is counted among the most coveted international accolades in hospitality.
Industry founders can apply for the Deutscher Gastro-Gründerpreis. This award is handed to newly-established businesses from Germany, Austria or Switzerland. The Next Chef Award is given to the young culinary talent whose creations entice the jury the most.
Bakers and Confectioneries
INTERNORGA offers plenty for the creators of all things baked. An entire hall is dedicated to their creative trade. There, a tradition-heavy confectionery competition usually results in a number of cakes that are more pieces of art than mere baked goods.
Food Truck Village
Last but not least, there will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy some delicious food yourself: a whole host of food trucks will roll up in front of the Messehallen convention centre to present visitors with their takes on quality street food.
