Two Floors in Schnelsen
Northwest of the city centre, the MesseHalle Hamburg-Schnelsen on Modering is a low-rise hall beside the motorway rather than the central Messe campus. Each October it fills with people who sew, stamp, bake and tinker. HamburgKreativ runs alongside the Cake Fair under one ticket: fabrics, wool, beads, paper and DIY sets upstairs and down, with cake ingredients, decorations and chocolate on the cake floor.
Make, Browse, Learn
Expect exhibitor stands spanning textiles, paper, jewellery, décor and seasonal projects, plus workshop slots — many of them suitable for children. The cake halls stock baking essentials from colouring and sugar decorations to couverture, with demonstrations on stage. Check the organiser site for the 2026 workshop list rather than last year’s guest names.
