Chrome parts and smoking tires: the latest trends in two-wheeled motorised vehicles are presented at the Hamburger Motorradtage (Hamburg Motorcycle Days) annually. The most innovative state-of-the-art bikes perform breakneck stunts, while manufacturers from the industry offer helmets, clothing, bike parts and equipment to go along with the action.
This bike convention doesn't just bring the hardware, but also invites visitors to gather a range of information on related topics, such as motorbike-friendly travel and accommodation.
In short: 40,000 square metres full of vendors and information offer bikers everything they need to enjoy the upcoming motorcycle season to the fullest.
Highlights From Previous Years
Previous years have boasted plenty to see and do. For example, in years oast the Super Moto featured both amateur and pro riders racing against one another, and at the Quad Motocross, short sprint and exhibition races were presented to the eager crowds. The young bloods could show their talent at a freestyle stunt block, while the younger still got to race small 50-85 ccm engines. Breathtaking stunts were performed by Portuguese Ricardo Domingo on all three days of the convention - and a number of different high-performance machines.
