Once a year, young or future parents head to Hamburg Messe for Babini (formerly Babywelt) — northern Germany’s large baby fair, now in Halle B7 at Entrance North on Karolinenstraße, on the Karolinenviertel side of the halls rather than the main Messeplatz front. Stands cover pregnancy, birth and the first years; workshops and talks sit in the ticket price.
Try Before You Buy
The 2026 fair invites visitors to test prams on a trial track, compare car seats, and use practical corners such as a nursing lounge, changing oasis and feeding bar. The stage programme runs talks and masterclasses on parental allowances, baby sleep and nutrition, babywearing, first aid and ways to relax. Check the official ticket shop for current admission rules for children rather than last year’s side-show names.
