Hamburg’s Habitat Festival takes place annually on the grounds of the MS Artville on the island of Wilhelmsburg in the Elbe River. Until recently, the festival took place Hohenlockstedt, but in 2022 the festival moved to its new island home and over 8,000 visitors danced and celebrated for 32 hours in the south of Wilhelmsburg.
Habitat has joined the ranks of other alternative festivals that call Wilhelmsburg home, such as the Vogelball and the Spektrum Festival.
