Every summer, an estimated 50,000 bikes and 600,000 visitors are expected at Europe’s largest inner-city motorbike event. The Hamburg Harley Days draw bikers from across Europe and beyond to the Großmarkt at Hammerbrook, a few blocks east of Central Station.
"More Bike. More Style. More Harley!”
For three days, everything a biker's heart desires is available at the wholesale market area near the Hamburg harbour and the Reeperbahn. The motto 'More Bike. More Style. More Harley!' promises motorcycles in every shape, colour, and size, plus biker accessories and fashion in the large market. The days are filled with program highlights that couldn't better convey the authentic Harley lifestyle. Visitors can also check out the BBQ Court and the Tattoo Area, which are making their Harley Days debut in 2024.
The Wild Program
Polish stunt rider Maciej 'DOP' Bielicki brings plenty of thrills with his breathtaking stunt show. With daring tricks, he shows what a Harley can do.
The Custombike Show on Saturday is a grand parade of the most spectacular and unique bikes, presented by tire expert Metzeler. Modified Harleys are showcased, with none looking like the other. A knowledgeable jury will award the winning bikes in various categories, and for the first time, the owners will also be able to take home prize money.
Riding Through the Hanseatic City
For those who want to see more than the city, there are guided tours into the Hamburg surroundings. Professionally guided by Chapter members, motorcycle convoys roam the Hamburg surroundings on all days.
A festive tradition at the Hamburg Harley Days is the concluding parade: Around 8,000 bikers gather and then the impressive procession moves through the scenic backdrop of the Hamburg harbour and over the Köhlbrand Bridge.
Rock'n'Roll on Stage
It's not just the bikes that heat up the weekend: Two stages ensure good moods and good entertainment. With the Headliner H-BLOCKX, a veteran of the German rock scene takes the stage. Many more live bands provide rocking live music to delight visitors. BACK:N:BLACK delivers power-women rock to the ears. The internationally successful musicians captivate their audience with authentic and energetic AC/DC interpretations. The personal style of the four passionate musicians from Jimmy Cornett and the Deadmen combines Southern Rock, electric Blues, and authentic Americana. MOTÖRIZER brings their idol band Motörhead to life in their show.
Brand New: The BBQ Court
At the brand new BBQ Court, all grill enthusiasts get their money's worth. At the '2nd Hamburg State Grilling Championship' on Saturday and the 'Block House Cup' on Sunday, teams of grilling pros and grilling enthusiasts compete in preparing several delicious courses, and not for nothing: The winning teams receive cash and material prizes that are impressive.
Bikes Meet Tattoos
Body art is also a theme this year: For the first time, the Hamburg Tattoo Days are included! In an exclusive tattoo area on the grounds, information is provided, tattoos are watched being done, and body art is created on the skin of many visitors in 20 tattoo booths. A perfect opportunity for a souvenir tattoo, whether it's the first or the 50th!
