Green and sustainable Heldenmarkt Consumer Fair

Dozens of exhibitors providing lifestyle updates for contributing to a greener modern world.

The sustainable lifestyle fair features 80 different exhibitors

Heldenmarkt - The consumer fair for sustainable living

For conscious living

As a catchphrase, 'sustainability' is all over the place in the modern world. But rarely do people look beyond the buzzword and ask themselves what it actually means to live sustainably. In order to move beyond greenwashing and re-imbue sustainability with meaning, the Heldenmarkt consumer fair was initiated to better inform people about current trends in sustainable living. Visitors can learn about products that support an ecologically-conscious lifestyle. Instead of pointing fingers, it’s the fair’s goal to present eager visitors with alternatives to industrial mass-production. In addition to Hamburg, the fair takes place in Berlin, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart. More than 50% of exhibitors are local companies from the given areas.

Diverse products

The products on offer at Heldenmarkt (lit. 'Heroes’ Market') cover a wide array of aspects of everyday life. From green energy providers to more ethical banks, fair fashion and organic cosmetics, visitors will find plenty of ideas to improve their ecological footprints. Nutrition, housing, insurances - there’s hardly an aspect of modern life that doesn’t harbour potential for improvement.

Next to about 80 different exhibitors, there’s a wide range of events as well, including presentations, special exhibitions and workshops. At Heldenmarkt, there’s plenty of inspiration to lead a more responsible and conscious life.
