Over the course of four days, the bi-annual Shipbuilding, Machinery and Marine Technology trade fair provides a space for all the latest innovations in seafaring to be presented. Leading representatives from the industry exhibit their products and services over 90,000 square metres. From ship construction to the dockyard industry, port and maritime technologies, as well as shipping companies - no major stakeholder in the business passes up the opportunity to be part of this exhibition. In previous years, more than 2,200 companies from 67 countries catered to 50,000 visitors on an annual basis, making the SMM the single-most important event for the industry globally.
Conferences
The Maritime Future Summit is the perfect kick-off for the four-day fair. In previous years, five different conferences with around 70 international speakers shed light on the most current trends and developments in the industry.
