- Confirmation from the creditors regarding the full payment of the claim, stating the file number, as well as
- Additionally: Confirmation from the bailiff that the registration has been made for these creditors.
- Alternatively: Confirmation from the enforcement authority stating the file number of the entry and the procedure number regarding the full settlement of the claim, provided that the payment was made there or
- Alternatively: Original of the enforceable copy of the enforcement order, provided that the file number of the bailiff's registration (file number DR II-…) is stamped on it.
- A receipt or proof of payment is not sufficient.
If the deletion is to be carried out due to the absence or cessation of the reason for registration:
- Proof of the relevant circumstance by means of a public document or comparable evidence
If the deletion is to be carried out because of an enforceable decision that contradicts the registration, please submit it.
