Detailed description

If you receive citizen's income, you can take advantage of so-called municipal integration services. These are designed to help you improve the conditions for your professional integration. Integration services can take different forms:

  • Debt counselling helps you to organize your financial affairs and create a plan to settle your debts.
  • Psychosocial support helps you to better cope with emotional stress and crisis situations.
  • Addiction counseling helps you understand your addiction, supports you in dealing with it, and shows you ways out of addiction.
  • When caring for children or providing home care for relatives, you can receive support from third parties so that you can go to work.

  • They receive citizen's income.
  • You need this service in order to be able to work again.

You may be required to provide proof that you need a specific service. The relevant authority can inform you accordingly.

You can only use the services once you receive confirmation in a notification that the costs will be covered.

Procedure

  • You arrange an appointment with the relevant authority.
  • During the appointment you will discuss which services can be offered to you.
  • The responsible authority will inform you about the further course of the procedure; if necessary, you will receive application documents.
  • They submit the application, along with the necessary documents, to the responsible authority.
  • The responsible authority will review your application and inform you of its decision in writing.
  • The reimbursable costs will be transferred to the account you specified.
