Show final decommissioning of a medium-sized combustion, gas turbine and combustion engine plant

If you want to permanently shut down a medium-sized combustion plant, gas turbine, or internal combustion engine, you can find out how to notify the responsible authority here.

Detailed description

If you wish to permanently shut down a medium-sized combustion plant, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant, you must notify the competent authority in advance.

The notification requirement applies to all individual combustion plants, whether subject to authorisation or not, with a thermal output of at least 1 MW and less than 50 MW.

The information you provide will then be entered by the Authority for the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture into a register of installations that is publicly accessible.
