Prerequisites
You operate a medium-sized combustion, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant and would like to shut it down permanently.
Documents required
- Completed form "Notification form for the plant register for medium-sized combustion, gas turbine or combustion engine plants - 44th BImSchV"
- You can find the form under Links. Submit the completed form with the information provided unchanged by email to the responsible office (not as a scan or print-to-PDF). This is important for further data processing in the Hamburg Asset Register.
Please note
In Hamburg, you must submit a completed notification form to the responsible authority for each combustion plant that must be registered according to Section 6 of the 44th Federal Immission Control Ordinance.
For this purpose, there is a special form entitled “Notification form for the plant register for medium-sized combustion, gas turbine or combustion engine plants – 44th BImSchV” which you must use.
You must send the completed form by email to the responsible office.
It's important to submit the form exactly as it was completed—in its original file format. Do not send it as a scan or as a print-to-PDF file. This is the only way the information can be further processed in the Hamburg Plant Register in accordance with the 44th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV).
You can find the form in the links.
You are committing an administrative offence if you do not submit the report, do not submit it correctly, do not submit it completely, do not submit it in the prescribed manner or do not submit it on time.
Deadlines
Report the final shutdown of the plant immediately, at the latest within one month.
