Detailed description

Anyone offering gambling in arcades, betting shops, restaurants, or other on-site establishments (so-called stationary gambling) requires a permit. Anyone operating a gambling establishment without a permit is committing a criminal offense.

If you are aware that unauthorized gambling is being organized or brokered in Hamburg, you can report this to the relevant authority.
