Request information about files from the social welfare office

You have a legal right to access certain official information. You can request access to files for this purpose.

Detailed description

You have the right to inspect certain official information – regardless of whether you are personally affected or not. For example, you can request access to official information contained in files or digital storage media such as documents, maps, or photos. Restrictions apply if legal regulations prevent access – for example, to protect personal data. You can choose whether you want to receive the information you require verbally or in writing, or whether you want to inspect the files of the responsible authority directly. Copies can be sent to you upon request.
