Detailed description

Data protection officers have to support those responsible, the processors, the employees and their staff representatives in the implementation of the GDPR and other data protection regulations.



Details on the general tasks of the data protection officer and any restrictions can be found in the "Guideline for Data Protection Officers" of May 15, 2018.



Data protection officers are authorized to carry out random checks of compliance with data protection regulations and to investigate violations and work towards their elimination.
