Furthermore, a visit to the customer center is only possible with an appointment. You can book an appointment online (www.hamburg.de/kundenzentrum) or by telephone on 040 115. There you will also receive information about services that are currently only provided in writing.

Kosten: 6 EUR If you would like to apply for an identity card, passport or children's passport, you can use an existing self- registration terminal (Speed Capture Terminal) in the customer center to capture the necessary biometric data (digital photo, signature, fingerprints).
If so, please allow a few minutes more time to collect your data before your appointment.
Note: You will not receive a printout of the digital photo.
There is no need to bring a passport photo when using the self-registration terminal.
It costs 6 euros to use.
Please speak to the case processing department afterwards.
The existing self-registration terminal (Speed Capture Terminal) can not be used for fishing lines and driving license applications. Please bring a passport photo (biometric) with you for these services.
