If you experience violence in your relationship or family or are affected by forced marriage, you can get help.

The intercultural counseling centers i.bera – verikom and LÂLE offer you assistance on your path to a self-determined life and inform you about your rights.

You can speak to the counseling center staff about your situation in your native language. You don't have to give your name if you don't want to. Counseling is provided regardless of religion, culture, immigration status, sexual orientation, or identity.

Prerequisites

They must be at least 14 years old and have a migration background. Friends, relatives, and professionals from other professions can also receive counseling.

If you don't meet this requirement but don't know where to turn, you can still contact the office listed here. You will then be directed to the office responsible for you.

Procedure

You contact the advice center and explain your concerns.
The responsible employee will listen to you and clarify your support needs together with you.
You will receive the advice and information you require.
If you wish, the counseling center can also provide you with longer-term advice and support.

Processing time

A member of staff will usually be available to assist you immediately during office hours. Emails may take a few days to process. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
