You can contact the Federal Ministry of Health's Citizens' Health Insurance Hotline if you have general questions about statutory or private health insurance. If, for example, you want to know which benefits are covered, how much premiums can be, or who is subject to compulsory insurance, they're the right place for you. You'll receive clear information and guidance on your concerns.
