The following certificates can be provided:
Certificate according to § 1026 BGB
- Is a parcel or parts of the parcel encumbered with an easement or not
- Certificate of the distance between two points within the FHH.
- Specification in meters or kilometers
- Areas in m² are certified for parcels or parts of parcels
- The location of historical parcels, buildings and streets is shown with today's data in today's map base
- Evidence of whether a building is within the boundaries of a parcel
- Object heights or terrain heights can be certified as individual heights or in a site plan
- The identity of a current parcel to an existing parcel in the past can be certified after research
- Coordinate certificates contain coordinates of different systems for an object or defined parts of an object
- Perimeter dimensions or interior angles for a parcel
- Up to 5 items are included for a basic price
Important notes
Prerequisites
- The landowners themselves or their authorized representatives receive certificates.
- Other people must demonstrate a legitimate interest.
Documents required
- Proof that you are the owner of the property or
- Power of attorney from the owner (see link Power of Attorney)
Please note
If there is no legitimate interest, the order will be rejected.
You will then be contacted by phone or you will receive a letter of rejection with an attached cancellation policy.
Procedure & Fees
Procedure
- It is not possible to order by telephone.
- Online : You can access the online service via the HamburgService link. The selected documents are called up there.
- The applicable fees are paid by credit card or direct debit.
- E-mail, fax or letter: The owner of a property or an authorized person creates an order (see link order)
- The documents are then sent as PDF files by email together with the fee notification or sent in paper form by post.
Processing time
Products that are subject to data protection are judged on the basis of their legitimate interest.
This process can take a few days.
Fees
Please call for information on the amount of the fee.
The basis is the fee schedule for official surveying and the expert committee for property values in Hamburg (GebOVerm) in the currently applicable version.
