You can obtain various surveying certificates for your property.

Detailed description

As a property owner, you can obtain the following surveying certificates:
certificate according to § 1026 BGB

  • If a parcel or parts of a parcel are burdened with a land easement or not

certificate of removal

  • Certification of the distance between two points within the FHH
  • indication in meters or kilometers

area certificate

  • For parcels or parts of parcels, areas are certified in m²

parcel location certificate

  • The location of historical parcels of land, buildings and streets is shown with today's data in today's map base

limit content certificate

  • Proof of whether a building is located within the boundaries of a parcel of land

altitude certificate

  • Object heights or terrain heights can be certified as individual heights or in a site plan

identity certificate

  • The identity of a current parcel of land to a parcel of land that existed in the past can be confirmed after research

coordinate certificate

  • Coordinate certificates contain coordinates of different systems for an object or defined parts of an object

measurement and angle certificate

  • Perimeter dimensions or interior angles for a parcel of land
  • Up to 5 details are included for a basic price

 

Information

Prerequisites

  • You are the owner of the property in question or an authorised person or
  • You can demonstrate a legitimate interest.

Documents required

  • Proof that you are the owner of the property or
  • Power of attorney from the owner (see link Power of Attorney)

Please note

If there is no legitimate interest, the responsible authority will reject your application.
You will then be contacted by telephone or receive a rejection letter with attached cancellation instructions.

Procedure

  • You can apply for the certificate electronically via the online service:
  • You can access the online portal via the "Property Cadastre" online service. The selected documents are retrieved there.
  • You can pay the applicable fees by credit card or direct debit.
  • You can request the certificate by post or email:
  • Send your application (see link) by post or email with the required documents to the responsible authority.
  • You will receive the documents and the fee notice in paper form by post or as PDF files by email.
  • You cannot apply for the certificate by telephone.

Processing time

Products that are subject to data protection are judged on the basis of their legitimate interest.


This process can take a few days.

Fees

Fees are charged based on the fee schedule for official surveying and the expert committee for property values in Hamburg (GebOVerm).
