Procedure

1. Check the online occupancy schedule for available sports facilities and usage times. The information is for guidance only and does not guarantee availability.

2. Send your usage request by email or in writing to the sports department of the district office in whose area the sports facility is located. Specify the desired sports facility, the period of use, the type of use, and your contact details.

3. Submit any further requested documents or evidence.

4. The district office will check the availability, intended use, and requirements for granting permission. You will also be informed whether a usage fee applies.

5. If use is possible, you will receive a user agreement. After the agreement is signed, you will receive the necessary information regarding use and, if applicable, access to the sports facility.

Booking or reservation is not possible via the online occupancy plan.

Processing time

Processing usually takes 3 to 8 working days.

Fees

Depending on the user, type of use and duration, between 7.50 and 245 EUR per hour.

Legal basis

Framework agreement on the provision and use of school sports facilities (Framework Agreement School Sports Facilities), in particular sections 1.1 to 1.3, 4.1 to 4.3 and 5.1 to 5.6. It regulates the requirements, application process, responsibilities and allocation of school sports facilities for extracurricular use.




Service Instruction on the Usage Fees of the District Offices (DA Usage Fees), version of December 13, 2024, in force since January 1, 2025, in particular numbers 1 to 5 and Annex 1. It regulates, among other things, usage fees, exemptions from fees, additional costs and the conclusion of the transfer and usage agreement.
