Prerequisites
- They are a social education professional and/or manager of a public and/or private organization in child and youth welfare and/or social work.
In exceptional cases, you can also participate as a staff member from a cooperating area (such as a teacher or other specialist from a school, the health sector, the police or the judiciary).

Are you interested in working as a childminder? The SPFZ offers a comprehensive range of courses for qualification and further training in the childminding qualification program.
Are you interested in a dual study program in Social Work? The Social Work Practice Office, part of the SPFZ (Social and Family Research Center), together with the Center for Training and Continuing Education (ZAF), is responsible for the dual, practice-integrated Social Work study program at the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in cooperation with the Protestant University of Applied Sciences for Social Work & Diaconia. Please send your applications directly to the ZAF.
Furthermore, the SPFZ offers a work-integrated professional development program that enables you to enter the field of (partially) residential child and youth welfare services. The requirements for participation in "QuerStart_HzE" can be found on the website.
