Detailed description
Care support centers are advice centers jointly funded by the statutory health and long-term care insurance funds and the City of Hamburg. There is one care support center for adults in each district and one central care support center for children and young people in need of assistance and care.
In addition to general information, you can also receive individual and comprehensive care advice upon request. The staff at the care support centers will help you coordinate individual steps and, if needed, provide long-term support.
They provide advice by telephone, in person, and through outreach.
