The staff council is responsible for all employees of the authority for schools and vocational training except for the areas for which there are separate staff councils (LI, HIBB and schools).
The staff representation (such as the staff council and general staff council) is the representation of the employees (collective bargaining employees, civil servants) of a public administration office - comparable to the employee representation in the private sector (works council). The rights of the employee representatives are regulated in the employee representation laws of the federal and state governments.
