In the course of the online application you will need:

• Contact person, fixed and mobile telephone as well as the e-mail address of the executing company/person
• The sound pressure level dB(A) according to ISO 6394 of the machines and devices to be used
• What noise protection measures are planned
• An immission forecast (You can find a calculation aid here: Excel sheet )
• A statement of overriding public interest in carrying out the work

Please note

Noisy construction work is prohibited on weekdays between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and is only possible with special permission.

The granting of the exemption depends on the complexity of the individual case.

Fees

The granting of an exceptional permit according to § 7 (2) of the 32nd BImSchV is subject to a fee according to § 1 paragraph 1 of the environmental fee regulations (UmwGebO) of December 5th, 1995 (HmbGVBL 1995, p. 365) in the currently applicable version in conjunction with No. 1.3. 24 of Annex 1 to the general fee schedule.

Confirmations (toleration, approval, rejection of night work) are in accordance with § 2 Fees Act (GebG) of March 05, 1986 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette 1986 p. 37) in the currently applicable version in conjunction with paragraph 5b of Annex 1 to the GebG
