Construction work, the removal of structures or the resumption of construction work may only begin if

• if the building supervisory authority has received notification of the start of construction - Paragraph 72a (1) of the Hamburg Building Regulations HBauO.
• According to Paragraph 54, Paragraph 2 of the HBauO, the building owner is obliged to notify the building supervisory authority of the name of the site manager prior to the start of construction.
• A change of one of these two persons during the construction work must also be reported to the building supervisory authority.

There are no fees for using this service.
