Documents required

Identity card or passport with the last registration certificate, exceptions when the shop closes: written justification including the event concept with the expected number of visitors.

Please note

On the occasion of special events, sales outlets may be open on a maximum of four Sundays per year. The approval of a shop opening by regulation only takes place in connection with a special event, usually an event and in the immediate vicinity of it. District-wide shopping Sundays are no longer possible. The organizer has to provide an event concept with the expected number of visitors. In view of the current case law, the opening of shops is only possible by ordinance if the number of expected event visitors is greater than the number of customers normally expected at the sales outlets.

Four event topics are favored:

-Children, youth and family as well
-Culture.
