The Hamburg Cancer Registry collects and analyzes data on cancer cases in Hamburg – based on legal regulations. Its aim is to improve oncological care and thus provide long-term help to current and future patients.

The Hamburg Cancer Registry has the legal mandate to collect, process and provide data for cancer research, to improve the quality of oncological care and for the evaluation of organized cancer screening programs.
