Detailed description
The Hamburg Integration Advisory Board is committed to promoting harmonious coexistence between people with and without a migration background in Hamburg. The Integration Advisory Board is open to issues related to integration, participation, or discrimination.
For example, if you feel that people are discriminated against because of their origins, if you have suggestions for improving coexistence in Hamburg, or if you want to advocate for more equal opportunities, you can contact the Advisory Board. If you have experienced discrimination yourself or want to draw attention to grievances, the Integration Advisory Board is also a possible point of contact.
The Integration Advisory Board incorporates the perspectives of immigrants into political decision-making and advises the Social Services Department and the Hamburg Senate on integration policy issues. In doing so, problems are also addressed openly and critically.
