Repair companies for the calibration of measuring devices, approval

Documents required

Informal application, proof of the equipment required for repair and adjustment and the tested normal devices, proof of competence of the personnel (for the owner or responsible technical employees of the company: master craftsman examination or at least 5 years of work in a relevant profession, for other repair personnel: master craftsman or Journeyman's examination or at least 1 year's activity in a relevant profession.

Please note

Further evidence is required for repair personnel for electronic equipment (please inquire in advance by telephone). Often the availability and knowledge of the calibration regulations and possibly other documents are also required for approval (please also ask by phone). The competent authority may require information and documents to prove these requirements.
