Documents required

Please bring all documents relevant to determining your pension entitlement to the consultation, including:

• Insurance history
• Notices of incapacity for work
• Other evidence of insurance periods (including abroad).

If further or special documents are required, this will be clarified in the discussion.

Please note

Not every request for advice can be answered at the Wandsbeker Allee 62 advice center.

Please note that the advice center employees DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO INSURANCE DATA .
Applications are filled out based on the evidence provided in collaboration with the customer and sent to the pension insurance provider.

If you have any questions about social insurance – especially pension matters – the German Pension Insurance is available at its advice center at Friedrich-Ebert-Damm 245.

Deadlines

Applications for benefits from the pension insurance provider should be submitted early, at least three months before the entitlement to pension benefits begins.

Procedure

Please send appointment requests directly to the advice center via the Hamburg Telephone Service (040/115).
Short consultations are also possible in this way.
