Written application, report from a recognized expert on a successfully conducted character test, evidence of sterilization or castration of the dog, of the existence of liability insurance and of forgery-proof identification using a microchip. The responsible consumer protection office can provide detailed information.

Prerequisite: character test for young dogs or proof of regular successful participation in young dog training. Transitional regulations apply to Rottweilers that will be held on April 1st, 2006.
