Documents required
Written application, legitimate interest in keeping the dangerous dog, evidence of the sterilization or castration of the dog, the existence of liability insurance, forgery-proof identification using a microchip and reliability (in particular age of majority, impunity, no serious mental illness, none Alcohol, drug or drug addiction). The responsible consumer protection office can provide detailed information.
Please note
Bull Terriers (new), Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers are always considered dangerous dogs. The attitude is always subject to authorization. The dog must always be kept with a muzzle and a leash. You may only leave the dog to reliable people to run. At the entrance to the property or the apartment, a warning sign must be used to indicate that a dangerous dog is being kept.
