The helpline provides free initial advice and information on how to help with all forms of violence against women.
The help line is aimed in particular at:
- Women affected by violence
- People from the social environment of women who are affected by violence
- People who, in their professional or voluntary work, are confronted with advice and support or intervention in the event of violence against women
The help line is barrier-free and multilingual. Telephone advice, information and, if necessary, referral to local support facilities is provided by qualified female specialists. The assistance is provided anonymously and confidentially.
The hearing impaired or hard of hearing can use an interpreting service free of charge, which translates the conversation with the help desk staff into German sign language or written language.
