Approval of take-back systems for used sales packaging - dual systems

Systems for taking back sales packaging must be approved by the competent Supreme Waste Management Authority.

  • Signed contracts for the collection, sorting and recycling of the waste glass, lightweight packaging and waste paper fractions
  • Declaration of submission to the existing coordination agreement with Stadtreinigung Hamburg AöR (as the public waste management authority)
  • PPK joint use agreements according to Section 33 (4) VerpackG
  • Contract for the acceptance and recycling of used beverage cartons
  • Financing agreement with the Central Office for Packaging Register in accordance with Section 18 (1) No. 5 Packaging Act
