The use of public traffic areas (streets, paths or squares) beyond common use requires a special use permit. This includes the setting up of bicycle sheds on public paths.

Requirements of Section 19, Paragraph 1, Clause 4 of the Hamburg Road Act must be met:
There is no entitlement to a special use permit.
The following must be attached to the application:
Informal application with detailed justification
Site plan (from the land map with details entered (trees, etc.))
Construction plan of the bicycle shed
