Detailed description
The promotion of renewable energy for heating buildings is intended to help reduce carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions in the long term. If you want to make your home or property more environmentally friendly, you can receive a government subsidy. This means you will receive money if you install certain heat-generating systems that use renewable energy. For example, there are subsidies for:
- Solar thermal systems from 20 m²,
- Bioenergy plants,
- heat pumps,
- Geothermal energy (geothermal energy),
- PVT systems (combination of photovoltaics and solar thermal energy)
- Heat recovery from wastewater,
- heat distribution networks,
- heat storage,
- or if you use areas multiple times, for example for the generation of heat from renewable sources
This protects the environment and the climate.
You can receive a maximum grant of EUR 500,000 per project. This maximum amount applies to projects receiving funding from a single module as well as to projects receiving funding from multiple modules of this funding program. For more detailed information on the individual measures, please refer to the funding program.
