The junior management program is continuously recruited. The selection takes place within the framework of a four-stage selection process. After you have been selected on the basis of your application documents and have successfully passed an online test, you will be invited to an interview at the personnel office. In the further selection process, you will take part in a full-day assessment center in the Hamburg City Hall, in which our future junior staff will be selected.
