You can give birth in any Hamburg clinic with an obstetrics department without giving your name and leave the hospital without your child.
You have the right to free anonymous advice. Experienced specialists from the pregnancy counseling centers will advise you before and after childbirth free of charge, confidentially and anonymously. Nobody will blame you. Call them!
