Prerequisites

A service account for companies or authorities in the service portal of the city of Hamburg is necessary.
ELBE + is only for companies like

• Construction company
• Planning offices
• Architects
• among others who have a legitimate interest in management information

Documents required

• No documents are required to use ELBE +.
• However, a service account for companies or authorities is necessary. (see below to note)

Please note

• A service account in the service portal of the City of Hamburg is required to use ELBE +.
• Only companies such as construction companies, planning offices, architects, etc., who have a legitimate interest, receive management information for completing their tasks.
• If you do not yet have a service account, you can register using the ELBE + registration link.

Procedure

1. Select the online service ELBE + in the service portal of the city of Hamburg via the service account for companies and authorities. If you do not have a service account yet, register
2. Registration in the online service ELBE +
3. Create and send line request
4. Line company replies to the inquiries
5. Users can see the status of their inquiries in the online service

Fees

The use of ELBE + is free of charge for registered users.

ELBE + is the online service for the electronic processing of line inquiries in Hamburg and the surrounding area.
Inquiring users can generate map-based line inquiries in ELBE +.
These are forwarded to the connected line operators.
The user can view the processing status in the online service at any time.
The users receive answers to the line inquiries directly from the line operators.
