Prerequisites
You, as a tax advisor:
- are in their own orderly economic circumstances
- have no criminal convictions and are therefore able to hold public office
- have no health problems
- have successfully passed the tax advisor exam
- do not carry out any activity that is incompatible with the profession of tax advisor
- have a guarantee of coverage from a professional liability insurer
Documents required
The following documents must be submitted for the first appointment as a tax advisor at the Hamburg Chamber of Tax Advisors:
- Application for appointment as a tax advisor including passport photo
- certified copy of the successfully passed tax advisor examination or exemption from this examination
- Proof of sufficient professional liability insurance
- Current certificate of good conduct with document type zero
