Prerequisites

Consent in the form of a power of attorney from the owner when requesting information, completed and signed form that is made available by the authority at https://www.hamburg.de/kataster/. Required information is the parcel number, street name and house number, possibly a land map. Furthermore, a signed consent is required to record the specified data in accordance with the data protection regulation.

Please note

It should be noted that in the case of contaminated sites information, consent in the form of a power of attorney from the owner is required if you are not the owner yourself.
