Detailed description

If you produce, process or sell food and come into contact with it directly or indirectly, for example via dishes or cutlery, you need a certificate from the health authority. This also applies if you want to work in kitchens in restaurants, canteens, cafés or similar establishments for the first time.
This certificate confirms that you have taken part in a training course on hygiene measures and infection protection. It is valid for life.
The certificate is issued either by the health authority itself or by an appointed doctor.
