Identity card or passport with the last registration certificate and power of attorney from the landowner, possibly administrative power of attorney

Please make an appointment in advance to inspect the building files at the relevant WBZ. The inspection takes place during the listed opening times and is subject to a fee. You can also make copies for a fee or hire a copier.
